DJP Enterprise Shipping Information:
DJP Enterprise only ships within the United States. Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska require our office to be contacted and will also require special delivery.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
In order to return any items purchased from DJP Enterprise, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact DJP Enterprise within 14 calendar days of the purchase date and also to request a RMA number in order to set up a RMA Claim. Failure to do so will result in a final sale.
Purchasers are also responsible for all shipping costs to return any item. All RMA returns must have all required packaging sent by the manufacturer (for example: instruction manuals, batteries, remotes, software, etc.) In the event that all items are not present upon the return, the RMA Claim will be subject to denial and the purchaser will be responsible for any charges to return the item back to the purchaser (or, the purchaser must arrange other means to pick up the items). Failure to comply with these policies will result in DJP Enterprise disposing of the items after 14 calendar days.
All electronics are only covered under manufacturers’ warranties and regulations. DJP Enterprise is not responsible for any manufacturers’ products or warranties or defects
